Preparation

1.  Assemble the box. (Note: The box travels best when stored flat.)
2.  Scissor distress piece H.
3.  Tear 1/4" from one long edge of piece G and one short edge of piece L and the "Moments" word strip.
4.  Create the accent pieces as outlined.
5.  Using the faux suede technique, apply Desert Sand ink to pieces A, C, D, and G.
6.  Using the sponging technique, apply Desert Sand ink to photo (if desired), the flower petals, the edges of the box, and the edges of all papers, excluding the Black cardstock pieces.
7.  Attach the “My Story!" journaling block between the two stamped images on accent piece 2. Trim around flourishes.
8.  Create two faux buttons from accent piece 5 by tracing a button over the desired stamped portions. Use two or more layers of paper for each button. Trim images. Make buttonholes and thread with Black Waxy Flax.
9.  Create two faux ribbon pieces from accent pieces 7.
10.  Using the hole punch, create four faux brads from accent piece 8.

Putting the Sides Together

1.  Attach piece A to the magnetic flap.
2.  Attach piece B across piece A.
3.  Attach pieces C to the front and back of the box.
4.  Attach pieces D to the sides of the box.

Putting the Top Together

1.  Attach piece E to the right side of the box, keeping the edges flush.
2.  Attach piece F to the box, placing it 1/2" from the bottom, keeping the right edges flush.
3.  Attach piece G to the left side of the box, keeping the edges flush.
4.  Attach piece I to the center of piece H.
5.  Attach piece H to the bottom left corner of the box, with a portion overlapping the edges. Trim and sponge the edges with Desert Sand ink.
6.  Attach piece J to the box, placing it 1 1/2" from the top and 1" from the right edge.
7.  Using 3-D foam squares, attach piece K to the center of piece J.
8.  Attach piece L to the top right corner of the box, placing it 1/4" from the top, keeping the right edges flush.
9.  Attach the specified photo (photo 1) to the appropriate area.

Finishing Touches

1.  Attach accent piece 1 above the circles.
2.  Attach the "My story" journaling block over the right side of accent piece 1.
3.  Attach accent piece 3 to the bottom of the journaling block.
4.  Attach accent piece 4 to the right of the journaling block.
5.  Attach the initials over the right side of piece F.
6.  Cut one small flower in half.
7.  Attach the flowers as follows: one half behind the right side of the photo mat and the other half behind accent piece 4; the large flower over the circles; the small flower to the center of the large flower.
